Learn to use your own internal tool for healing with breath therapy known as Breathwork. It may sound simple but your breath may be the key to healing physical ailments, instilling self-improvement, enhancing performance in your profession, and carving out a path for well-being!
You will be taught the practice and then gently guided into a 40 minute breathwork session. Music and essential oils will be minimally used to help move energy, release traumas or beliefs which no longer serve you and then uplift you into a better frame of mind. Offered for you to create your balanced homeostasis in everyday life!

Studio D Yoga has yoga mats and blankets but it is suggested you bring your own. You may also wish to bring a water bottle, eye cover, and journal for creative writing after.
