Ceremonial Breathwork is a group breath session created around community healing and the practice of sacred ceremonies and rituals from our past lineages. The BREATH is the medicine. It is a unique experience and allows for deep gentle healing of your body, mind, and spirit.

Exchange is $30

It is open to anyone over the age of twelve and no experience in yoga or breathwork is necessary.  You may wish to bring your own eye cover, blanket, water bottle, mat, and journal for inspired writing after.
