Inviting you to discover the history, science and benefits of the "yogic” respiratory therapy rooted in Eastern cultures known as “Breathwork" with Melissa Terese Young.

Melissa Terese Young is a Breathwork Facilitator, Teacher & Founder of Breathwork Worldwide who experienced a life-changing healing moment in 2012 through breathwork, which inspired her immersion into the study of holistic practices including shamanism, meditation and South American plant medicines.  Melissa is looking forward to sharing her personal story on how Breathwork touched her life and will lead the group in a 21-minute conscious breath practice. The style of breathwork will be simple, gentle and is beneficial to anyone of any age.
