Experience a whole new level of healing by combining breathwork with gentle, relaxing acupuncture points administered by Dr. Jamie McLaughlin. The benefits of combining breathwork with acupuncture may include stress management, detox, improved immune function, improved digestion, better sleep quality, emotional stability, & hormone balance/ neuroendocrine balance.
Dr. Jamie McLaughlin is a certified medical Qi Gong Instructor, with 20 years of clinical experience as an acupuncturist and herbalist. In this session, you will learn about the alternative health options of both acupuncture and breathwork before you are lead into a Ceremonial Breathwork session. At the end of the session, there will be a 15-30 minute integration to share your experience and ask questions.
The administration of acupuncture points is OPTIONAL, you can come to learn and breathe without having acupuncture.
